Please DO NOT use the wood on the property except in case of emergency. ⭐The downstairs bedroom has a curtain that closes for privacy. The 2nd queen bed downstairs is located in the open area adjacent to the family room. ⭐Accessibility Info: Our property is located at the bottom of a stairway with 54 steps, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or heavy luggage. ⭐Guests will need to navigate stairs to access the property ⭐Not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers ⭐We recommend packing light for easier navigation

House Rules

1. We ask that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. 2. Guests that utilize the kayak, stand up paddleboard or rowboat are required to sign the liability waiver before taking them out. 3. BBQ Grill- Please make sure all propane tank is turned off and the grill is cleaned after each use. Please replace the cover when dinished using the grill. 4. Fire Pit- Do not leave the fire unattended. Extinguish prior to leaving the firepitt area. Please purchase wood in the village at the Thriftway or Ace Hardware. Feel free to use the wood on the pile just past the firepit beyond the tree on the right. 5. Indoor Wood Burning Stove- Only clean paper and firewood used in the stove (no plastic or lighter fluid). 6. Please cover the outdoor furniture after use. Return the cushions to the lower storage room after use in case of rain. 7. Since we're on a septic system do not flush anything but small amounts of toilet paper down the toilet. 8. No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from your host. 9. Non-prescription drugs are NOT allowed anywhere inside or around the property.

What can I saw, the place was a 12/10! Jeff was a very responsive communicator and the house exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the beds were extremely comfortable. They were definitely the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in.

We loved the week we spent here in early March. Do pay attention to the details of the property. The stairs require caution. Note that there is no dishwasher. Not a deal breaker and it's clearly communicated but we did miss it. We appreciated all the toys for young children. Overall a lovely stay with epic views and a very accessible host.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and perfectly situated right on the water, offering an incredible view that we never got tired of. It was wonderfully secluded and quiet—exactly what we were hoping for. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and effortless. We enjoyed it so much that we rearranged our travel plans just to stay an extra night! We’re already talking about a return trip and would happily stay here again! Highly recommend!

Jeff's Beautiful Vashon Island Hideaway was exactly as advertised- and then some! In a Beautiful location above the water and featuring stunning environs and sunrises, the house is immaculate and boasts all of the amenities you could ask for. For example, Jeff left coffee and grinder, cups, water kettle and even instructions for brewing the perfect cup... and that was only a beginning. Bedding, linens, towels, dishes, and everything else was perfectly placed and easy to use and find! Perfectly appointed, this retreat has all the luxuries that one needs at one's fingertips and beautifully set out. The land, the beaches, the water (only a few feet away!) and the well-lit, bright interior and exterior spaces were perfect. My wife and I enjoyed the stay, were very comfortable, and loved the location, privacy, and beautiful setting. We will be back!
