What can I saw, the place was a 12/10! Jeff was a very responsive communicator and the house exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the beds were extremely comfortable. They were definitely the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in.

We had a great stay here while in town for a wedding. The place was great! Newly renovated and well appointed, we’ll definitely try to stay here again for future visits. The kitchen is spectacular and the bathrooms super clean with comfy beds.

A fantastic Alki Beach option - you cannot beat the rooftop at sunset or for morning coffee (which is easy to make with the wonderful set up in the kitchen). There were so many thoughtful touches to each room. Super comfortable beds too. We'd happily stay here again.

We have only good things to say about Tom’s place. It is in a very quiet residential section of Wallingford, north of downtown Seattle. We found the furnishings to be top notch and very comfortable. The appliances are also top of the line. We liked the big windows in the living space and the cleanliness of the home. We have two sons in close proximity so it was a perfect location for us. We would love to return on our next visit!

Beautiful home in a great area! It was the perfect place to stay- so convenient to everything we wanted to do. We loved being able to walk to so many different breweries, all within a few blocks. Highly recommend!

Our stay was exceptional from beginning to end. The home offered outstanding comfort, well-designed facilities, high-end appliances, and even thoughtfully selected local coffee. It also worked perfectly for remote work, with a dedicated desk and comfortable study chair that made it easy to stay productive. It served ideally as a base while we visited our new grandchild, giving us the right balance of proximity and personal space. Jeff’s flexibility with adjusting our booking around the due date was especially appreciated, and the layout comfortably accommodated all four grandparents with plenty of room for privacy. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to a grocery store, as well as nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and a park. The property was spotless, and every amenity felt carefully considered. Overall, it was an incredibly comfortable and convenient stay, and we would gladly return in the future.

I stayed at this AirBnB for close to a month whilst recovering from surgery. It was the perfect location and I had a very peaceful stay. Everything I needed was inside the property and the hosts were very friendly, with Jeff even taking me shopping a few days after my surgery which was a very kind gesture that I didn’t expect, but will always remember. I could absolutely imagine staying here for a vacation too. I did get out and take a nice walk to Green Lake. The area feels very safe and the hosts were great. I’m very grateful.

I've stayed here a few times - love the area, the space is great whether I'm traveling solo or with the family, and it's in a great location for sightseeing and/or relaxing in the neighborhood. Jeff is a wonderful host - very responsive and proactive.

Wonderful, spacious bungalow—really easy and cozy to make yourself at home in a quieter part of the city. Jeff was super accommodating and the house had everything we needed. Hot tub was a great bonus for the chilly Seattle days.
